Product is made from a CoEx consisting of the latest advanced polymers of Poly/Nylon/EVOH and Laminated to American MadePolyester Sheeting.
The Result is:
1) Best known barrier for flexible packaging. Exceeds all standards set by large Grocery Chains.
2) Product formula is designed to withstand cold elements. Without these enhancements , plastic film will degrade in a relatively short time in refrigerated or frozen conditions.
3) Film Structure is designed to work for high speed horizontal automatic machines (HFFS).
Polyester allows for
a) a very High Resistant which leads to higher Sealing Temperatures, shorter heat dwell times and faster machine line speed.
b) a wide range of heat tolerance. Without the Polyester machines must be sent to a more precise heat on all three seals.
4) Strong Structure with an excellent resistance to punctures and tears.
5) Very high clarity allowing for easy product identification and scanning through the overwrap.
6) Well recognized by leading manufacturers of HFFS machines such as Harpack/Ulma and Omori.
